“Though bodywork I have found new choices in how I live. I have let go of old patterns that pushed me deep into a compensatory way of living and release the restrictions they had on me. On the other side of this process I found my natural self and became free of these unnecessary self-concepts. This comes from listening to the messages our body holds. As an integrative bodywork specialist I bring these experiences and my education to a session so I can listen to the subtle message of my client’s body and assist others in becoming their true selves. By coming into our own we have unlimited potential and happiness.”
Michael has been a studying a variety of yoga throughout his life, most recently a 3-year practice with Mysore-style Ashtanga yoga, originated by Sri. Pattabhi Jois in the 1930s. “We are all interconnected and I believe that when we work to heal ourselves we find more resources to help our families, friends, and communities spreading out to our state, country, and earth.”
